Team Oriented




Team oriented can be defined as a group of individuals who carrying out the responsibilities and tasks together and work together to achieve the goals. Entrepreneurs build teams to help them to expand their business due to is not a one-man show instead to build a successful business. Entrepreneur have to surround themselves with talented people to fill up the gaps. Ideas contributed by team members can use to form the best ideas by combining or modifying it. A spirit of teamwork is needed among the team. Here, we have Larry Page.
Lawrence Page aka Larry Page who is an American internet entrepreneur and computer scientist. He is known as the co-founder of Google Incorporated and is the CEO of Alphabet Incorporated which is a multinational conglomerate that created in 2015 as the parent company of Google. He took over from Eric Schmidt’s position as the CEO of Google since April 4, 2011. His parents have an excellent education background. This surrounding influence him interested in technology and business and make him become who is him today.
Page was in search of dissertation theme about the World Wide Web after he enrolling in a computer science PhD program at Stanford University. His best friend, Sergey Brin joined Page's research project, nicknamed BackRub. This became one of the most downloaded scientific documents in the history of the Internet at the time.
In 1998, when Page’s startup turned Google Inc., Brin would bring a much-needed export-oriented that Page lacked of such as excelled at branding, strategy and developing relationships between Google and other companies. While Google is often thought of as the invention of two young computer whizzes, Page and Brin. The truth is that Google is a creation of Page as CEO of the company and helped along by Brin as co-founder and served as Google's president. Their mission was: "to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful." June 2000, Google had indexed one billion Internet Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) and making it the most comprehensive search engine on the Web at the time.
Over the next several years, Google Inc. grew into a massive global business. Each of the managers of different team kept things on an even keel in consultation with Page and Brin. Page shows the entrepreneur trait, team oriented in communicating with his employees. Page believes that “Google should be like a family”. Every Google’s employee regarded Page as their final boss due to he interviews all the employees. He monitors Google’s operation and management every day. As corporate hierarchies can often block employees’ work, Page’s rebuilt the existing system of allowing employees a certain degree of freedom to frame their own projects and choose their own desired teams. Page also give employees financial and non-financial motivation due to Page believes that treating people well can build an excellent team. 
Up to now, Google hired more than 57000 employees who with the most skillful and proficient technology professionals in their management team around the world.
